Next are the bunks and floor. I don't just Hot Coat the underside of the wood with resin. All wood is glassed with a ply of 1 1/2oz Mat. as an added measure of protection against the elements.

Next, the bunks and floor are bedded to the hull with a mixture of sawdust and resin. After the bedding is cured, it will be glassed over. The weights are to hold the wood tight against the chine and bottom while the bedding cures.
