I'm quite sure that the Merc 600sci can make 750+HP with a few changes... :cool:

Would some better heads ( AFR,canfield etc.) and the ultimate prop setup give you anything Gary??

Pat your right, but its merc's game............................Tom I would say with no reserve or caution for the motor I would say the whipple can make 800-850 HP with 50 hour rebuilds..................John not sure about the heads ( Pat, Mike, Tom, JD ) would know better than me, but a yes for the prop set up !!!!!!!
