Gary, I plan be in Superboat land the weekend of April 16-17th.
JC told me to give him a shout a few days before to make sure he's around.

Pat I Wish This Weekend For Sea Trial, But Parts Are Still Coming In Or On Order. At This Point We Will Not Be In Superboat Land 16-17 Th. Prior Commiment Calls. I still trying to figure out how and when I'm getting Superdamitt from N.Y. to So cal. $5800 is the quote I'm getting. Since I'm gonna be in Jersey May 9, I though maybe I could tow her home with a rental motorhome. Guess not! Sorry, I don't think I can make another trip in June.

The quote is for the boat and trailer on a flatbed rig. Thier saying they can't fit more on the trailer so I would be a full load. I've see several on trailers before. I just have to hook up with the right person, just like anything else that costs alot.
SuperDamitt is not the official name. I'm just having fun! I think of names every night when I fall asleep. So many.......

GARY, That's what I wanted to do May 14th when I'm there for the meeting. Rent a motorhome and drive back. But John said not even close! So, that means another trip a few weeks after that one. I don't know if i can get away. Motorhome and gas is around $3500. Do you know how I could rent a suv or truck for less? No way I can drive there and back due to time restrictions.

When I bought my Pantera in Michigan, I was quoted $1.50 per mile so that $5800 quote is not that far off.
Is she being delivered on a trailer from JC?
Ask in the general discussion area about haulers that might tow her on her trailer.
Also, maybe OH-Zone knows a truck rental place???

Thank's Pat I will wait awhile since John won't give me a general idea of completion. Why I don't know, but it sure is discouraging not knowing if I'll have a boat this summer. To be honest, I don't usually do business that way.

For me the season ends in October. Some boat longer. I start riding as soon as the weather allows.

It started second week of March (75+deg). Spring Break for three weeks following. We usually have MTV or OutDoor channel on a huge houseboat with two weeks of functions and entertainment. If you like college girls, only Cancun can top it in my destinations. Anything goes! :D

June 11-12 for seatrials in the CT river and LI sound.
Krakmeup had his first ride with a group of Superboats during the CT river run. And Keith held the throttle down just like the rest of us... :evilb:
