noli, I am a total comitted speed freak, so if you ask me the more HP the better, never know when you have to get home fast !!!!! I'm sure Rick and the outboard guys will hook you up.

Thanks for the info. I do agree that in boating you always need extra power. Let's work on the 300's then...

I would like:

Mercury DTS
Mercury SmartCraft
150+ gals of fuel
RayMarine Chart Plotter

You might want to look at the new Verado that Merc racing is going to have at the show in Miami a 350 Verado.....

Definately!! well into the 90's. The last full deck 34 that was outboards weighed 4500 lbs. . And this is alot lighter.
