Tom,
Here's the hull with the stringers glassed completely in. I wanted to get the bulkheads in, but I had to hop on Babi for a few hours. Tomorrow the balsa core in the hull will be completed. I'll have pics.

Keith,
What bench are you referring too ? Tom is referring to the cockpit back seat for the cooler.

Balsa core, I can't wait for the pics. How much of the boat is Balsa? How much is the other stuff? (baltek??)

Hey Rick, we're on the same page - the rear underseat bench can be used as a cooler - I like the idea, but don't worry about sending me a plug, I can do that no sweat if I decide to use it that way - right now storage is a premium and we're always packing a cooler at the house anyway.

BTW, I added pop up mushroom cleats fwd of the exisiting cleats - when rafting up with some big boats like we often do, there is no room for lines and fender ropes. I found some awesome SS pop ups and mounted them 4" fwd of the rear cleats, still looking at doing two more on the midship cleats too. Will post a pic when the 5200 dries and I clean 'em up.......

Didn't want to send the pics till the balsa is done. It will be dine in the AM. After that we turn the hull on it's side and start on the foam coring on the sides. Pics tomorrow.

Pics when its done is fine no rush! Just want to get an idea what she looks like as a race hull.
