How much HP? You have to have a BIG SET to drive a 24 that fast! :D

I had not heard of a 24' Super that runs over 90mph.

Jo at Pantera has said that he has customers with 650HP engines in 24s running 90+.
And he personally built a 24' with 850HP that did hit 100... :evilb:

ok im postin late but better late than never
93.3 gps alone with empty fuel tank and a heavy chop on the great south bay, 29p 5 blade hydro, 93octane ,5 lbs of boost ,bandit racing 509 ,braxo xr with a 2 inch spacer not sure of actual hp too cheap to pay for dyno time! builder claims 725 hp i figure 675hp,
90.3 gps with 4 adults and 3/4 tank of fuel and full cooler

and i know bash only likes gps #s There are 3 gps speedos on my boat one monster on driver side and one 3 in on throttle side and on on the chart plotter all with seperate recievers and the are always within a point or two of each other!

Good respectable #'s JCAP. Why the 2" spacer? Is your X higher than todays production boats?

OK....I just ran across the mystery Y2K'er on the job I was talking about earlier. His name is Donny. He was from Babylon...now lives ouut east. He knows JCAP. He has a 2003 Y2K...race hull layup... right after JohnJr's. He's running a 540...I forget how many HP...(find out tomorrow)...has a best speed of 89. First words out of his mouth was "BowLift"...he has run high & low & agrees deeper with trim is the only way he can get speed. He is trying an extension box next for the hell of it. :cool: I told him about the Y2K(X) currently being built by Rocker Rick. He liked the idea & said that is what it needs. :)
