Thriller is made in Miami...Thriller Powerboats..... I was told It had twin 6cyl Turbo diesels 500 hp ea. with Arneson surfacedrives spinnging 6 blade cleavers, looked like 28p to me

Well the boat is at Ocean performance.....Last two times out I noticed what turned out to be the pink coolant from the closed cooling system dripping in the bilge....HHHhhhmmm. I thought.........It happened to be leaking on the starboard side directly below the coolant holding tanks lower outlet (hoping it was just a loose hose clamp which i snugged down) but NO SUCH LUCK!!! Turns out my engine has a tech bulletin. My vin on my engine is one of the engines that has a recall. It seems the head bolts are loosening and causing the headgaskets to leak. Sooo the parts are on order. The good news is the season is over, I didnt loose any boating time, and I should be good to go for next season...

That tech bulletin applied for the 525/600's. My motor was 3 serial #'s ahead of that recall. Good luck OZ

I guess every new boat has it's glitches. You, me, Gary. That sucks. The only advantage over used boats, is you don't have to pay for it.

Im just happy I made it thru the season!
