The season is finally here!
My motor broke last Aug, so I have been off the water for a while.
After re-powering, today was my first ride.
Here's some pics of my winter projects .....

I had to raise my hatch a few inches.
I used 2x2 angle on the sides.
I inverted the upper hinge and drilled a whole (not perfect) and bolted them down.

GPS SPEEDO
I have the antenna temp rigged to make sure it was working. For some reason at my house it did not want to lock on to the signal but at the marina it locked right on.

I'm still looking for a creative idea for a pass. side foot rest. Any ideas?
I was planning on doing the "shakedown" cruise by myself or with a buddy. My daughter insisted on going. She LOVES the Superboat!

On my 24 what I did was got one of those fold down stainless steps and thru-bolted it into the cabin initially to have a step up to access the bow but my wife used it as a foot rest. I thought of putting on a second one but I tended to leave the cabin doors open and kept them from swinging around with a s/s hook and eyelet. I usually kept the cooler in that area as well for additional foot rest. if it wasnt down below.
