I HOPE next week. The question will be whether we can use stock risers with spacers or if we'll need to get them made up for the IMCO exhaust.

Thank you. The mechanic working on my boat said Friday that he's never had a customer like me before because I always want to keep old school clues to the boat. We always "argue" back and forth about updating. They tease me about my affinity for teak. I nixed the fiberglass cabin doors. I wanted to keep the pleats and the same basic layout. They suggested getting rid of the piping and using the fine red double stitching. I decided to lose the stripes. And so forth.

Finally, a little more forward progress.

Well this is about where I would have liked to have been in April, not August, but the engines are finally in and things are coming together. Next step is to have the risers made.

I think I like the resto threads best that post everything when they are all finished. It's like This Old House where they break for a commercial and the bathroom is all tiled when they come back.
