Thats definately our old boat, and it was beating a sea wall all night long at old lyme shores.
It was sold at insurance auction (new britain copart) and bought by a FLA buyer.
Thats the only sut I ever saw those colors with the teak stripes down the middle of the deck and 5 gallon pail hole in that exact location.LOL
The motors were new but ingested a bunch of water over night.
They were pickled but then the winterization got botched.
The whole ordeal was a real nightmare
My friend owned that boat before my brother and we used to have blast on it since our early 20's all the way up until a couple of years ago.(37 now)
I spent a lot of years on that boat.
That boat was owned by Ben Sisti in the 80's and was a fairly well known sut in this area.
I think everyone who touched it had some type of bad luck during its ownership though.
Maybe the guy doesn't know what happened since it was an auction sale.
