Dear marine Industry Professional,
I hope that this letter finds you doing well. The reason that we are writing to you today is to invite you to our “For The Boys Boat Reunion.” We are very interested in having your company attend our event and market to our guests. We are expecting a bigger participation that most other poker runs and boating events. We have a very distinct advantage over other venues. Our event is FREE to participate in, not only for the guests, but also for the vendor’s .We welcome you to come and set up your display and market and sell to our guests.
We would like to offer this to you at NO COST. All that we are asking is that you donate some of your product to Roadheaver Boys Ranch . We will display Your Product or merchandise at the event. We will also let you present your product and then we will auction it off to our guests. For example, if your company produces oil, we ask that you be a vendor of your product and that you donate a box of oil to the boys ranch. Upon your presentation in front of the auction crowd we would auction it off to benefit the boys at Rodeheaver Boys Ranch. We hope that this idea appeals to you. There is no cash outlay on your behalf and your donation is tax deductible as we are a 501c3 charity. Please contact us as soon as possible.
