39' ?

Hey guys,
How many 39's were built total. I almost pulled the trigger on one when I was "in the market" a decade ago. Very few available then and now seems not too many pop up for sale at all?

Nickotine 09-14-2013 10:31 PM

There's a 1986 39' in CT for $35K on Powerboatlistings but that's the only one i've seen for sale

Funny! I think that was the exact boat I was looking at in 2003. Short stagger Zul power?

That is a good question. I believe 90/91 and up are the newer deck and Rich called them 39's. There is the out board 39 in Cape along with mine. There is Kenny Misch's red one in the NE with the blower motors and then Walter's. There is a new one not rigged I believe in MD. Looks like I can come up with 5 39's? I have never seen any out running around in FL or NJ/MD. As far as 38's, I would think there should be a few but I personally know of none. Whole bunch more 33-34's I think. .

bwd 11-29-2013 01:36 PM

A guy near me has one with big motors and bravos in it , and a lightning bolt on it. He tried to sell it a few years back for over a 100k. But didn't want to give it away. Think its still in his garage, can't say for sure though.

benjen 11-29-2013 02:24 PM

Do you want to buy one?????

Are your referring to this one? Which is a 34 and not for sale...well for the right price it is. :)

No there is a 38/39/40. On the north shore of boston, with kaiser blower motors and bravos.

bwd 12-01-2013 02:51 PM

Bingo Shaun.

Black Wishbone 12-01-2013 04:57 PM

Ok just wanted to make sure. I didn't think there was another one out there with a lighting bolt.

I love that 38 with Arnesons. What power?

OL40SVX 12-07-2013 09:47 PM

For 39's let's not forget,

Bill Dhals Nas-T with the lambos
The diesel boat with radar arch
Jim Brantleys 39 with chiefs and 6's (Trick marine boat. Previously a triple boat.)
There is another 39 in NJ with arnesons (Used to be owned by Ray and Linda. They now have a 40 Skater)

There's has to be some original 38 Dominators sitting somewhere!

pair of blower motors, somewhere like 9-950hp each. If we loose sight of the other boats, we just look for the rooster tail and we know where to go lol
