Not knowing all the math yet to be calculated (choice of engines, drives, cockpit interior, cabin interior, exhaust, steering etc; etc

it one of those things if you have motor's , drive's and most of the other equipment it could be a nice deal , but if you have to go spend a $ 100 k on equipment then it's not so nice
