It is the complete kit, with ECU reflashed by whipple

I listed this for a friend, $2000 was for the wipple charger alone, sorry for the confusion, he will sell everthing for $2800 which includes everthing you need along with the MPI intake, bigger injectors, pulleys, belts upgraded air breather ect...
