Two pairs of 5" diameter CMI Sound Eliminators for engines over 500HP, clamp-on style for 4" O.D. pipes. Very good condition. $500/pair.

They are CMI part number 39110. They are still on the boat but I will remove them and take some pictures this weekend if you are interested.

Are they the pneumatic type you can switch on and off?

No, they are the automatic type that are closed at idle but open up when with RPMs. They work quite well at reducing noise at idle but still sound good when you are running.
