drpete - ya its a sickness what can I say! But I am clearing out some parts before I start a new project so that is a first for me!
As for wet exhaust, my understanding is you can run the headers wet, I just chose to run a seperate dump. I did this to help insure no reversion and cause I liked the boat sound with this setup (not recommended for inland lakes
). A simple plug in place of the fitting and the water will dump out the tips. If interested, let me know.

A few people have requested pics and talked of wet vs. dry so I hope this helps.
Here's a pic of the headers on my test mule. (Don't mind the girly air cleaner or the plumber's special fittings!
)
While probably not a true "dry" setup you can see I ran seperate water dumps. I did not close off the interal water dumps into the tail so I'm sure some water was coming out.
If you want a wet setup simply install a bung inplace of the fitting. If you want a true "dry" setup you can either run how I have it or go a step further and plug the internal water dumps too.

PM me your email. The email to Vicious will not reach me, that's one of the fine companies that supports my sickness, I mean endeavors!
I will get back to you tonight with pics of everything, just found a few more things too.
