What are the dimensions out and down? I need a pair 12" down.

These have an angle cut tip, they are 10.5" total drop at the front of the tip and 13" at the deepest point which is the rear. This is measuring from the bottom of the radius. If you want I can send you some pics if you give me an e-mail. I'm no longer a paying memeber so I can't post a pic. As far as out, they slip over the tailpipe 3". They extend 7" beyond the end of your tip.

So I would say they are 7" extensions and an 10.5" drop to be on the conservative side.
