Complete Mercruiser Alpha One transom assembly just removed from a 1986 Four Winns. Boat was trailered since new, never left in water. Boat was used last season, with no problems. It is in nice used condition. Shift cable, bellows, and gimble bearing have been replaced, and are still in great shape. Trim rams work fine also. Comes complete with inner plate also, see pics. Bolt this on and go. The only thing that did not work was the trim guage sending unit, do those things ever work??? lol. I am setting a very low price on this for a quick sale.

What will it take for you to ship it?

It's too big and heavy to ship. I wouldn't know how to pack it? I'm sure it will be expensive too. Hoping somone local needs it. If it dosen't sell soon, I'll consider it.
