Default Imco Extension Box 12" with 3" Lift

I have a brand new in the box 3"x12" Imco extension box with transom plate that has never been opened for sale. Thought this was the route I was gonna take but have changed my mind..... Invested my money in a new outdrive and am leaning towards a Stelling Box now. Will take $1100 you pay shipping. 502-817-3843 Scott

your imco is the way to go, the other box will be hard on the drive plus you can only go up 1'' or down 1'', how deep is your prop shalf now, most vee hulls do good with the 3'' raised box, when you go out 12'' you need to go up 1'' to stay even or 2 or 3 to see better handling and speed. keep it just saw you have a 25ol that imco works great on that boat a 525hp 25 went from 74 to 81 with a prop change and that box. keep it and try it the baja stock height is too deep been there. mine went up to 83 with a shortie 2''.

I've been looking for one for the past few weeks. Finally found a used one. Just bought it last night. Paid more than you're asking for new. You should have no problem selling it. What is your X dimension now?

Just a note and probably stating the obvious but keep in mind the engine must also go up 3". A lot of boats are built with too close of tolerances between arrestor and hatch to allow for that, 25ol may be one of them - hence the sale.

Either way, killer price on the box. I have one on mine and cant complain - I planned to go with a scoop anyways!

The 25 is deep enough. SD is going to go a different route with his project.

Highest bidder will take the box. I'm not interested in raising the engine 3" and cutting new holes in the transom for the exhaust......... I'm picking up a new Bravo XR upper and Imco 2" shorty so funds are tight. I'm running 81mph Gps with 710hp and know theres more in the boat so I'm hoping to gain more mph on stock drive set-up this year and looking to put a box on it next year........ The only items you will need will be the ears to tie the rams into the box and a driveshaft depending on what outdrive your running. Haven't checked my X-dimension yet but know I have room to move it up for some gain....... Don't want to take the boxes out of boxes for pictures for they've never been opened and ready to ship. You can go on Imco website to see pictures if interested.

Thanks,
Scott
