is the mercathode unit the inside or outside part or both/ Mine is broken on the outside..

Its the out side part. The blue box that the wires connect to.

So are you saying it's both pieces because the blue box is the inside part of the system that is attached to the side of the block.. The outside piece is a black piece with some stainless wrapped around it.. If it's close could you post up a pic/ if it is what I'm looking for how much would you take for it?

You mean is it out side th boat. Its just the blue box that all i have. I dont know if taht does you any good.
I also have a Few NACA ducts 3 or 4 but i have to check
