Bravo, IMCO, XR parts
I recently upgraded my drives to all XR parts, and have some parts that need to go. I will get some pictures asap, all prices plus shipping and best offer.

1 pair early Imco Extreme upper units: 1.36(29/27)gears w/welded floors, Imco modified upper caps, Imco lower towers, w/L-15 u joints(no input yokes), no pitting on gears. Imco sets these units up with a right and left rotation. $2000.00 for the pair
2 std Bravo lower unit housings: nose cones, water holes are welded closed, clean housings but need paint, water holes can be re-drilled, I bought these with my XR uppers and never used them. $300 ea.
2 drive showers w/hoses and hardware: 1 is stamped Imco, 1 looks identical. $50 ea.
2 std Bravo lower vertical shafts: $100 ea.
1 std Bravo 1" prop shaft: .003 runout. $150
2 std Bravo 1" prop shaft carriers: w/seals $75 ea.
2 sets Bravo lower gears(non XR): 15/19, 1 set pitted on left rotation, but new on rt rotation. $100. 2nd set slight wear pattern(rt rotation) new on left rotation $150.
2 XR input u-joint yoke shafts: engine coupler to u-joint, GKN style u-joint. $125 ea.
1 Imco ext box input shaft: engine coupler to u-joint, torsional shaft, L-15 u-joint. $150
2 XR prop shafts: Mercury, less then .002 runout . $450 ea.
2 XR prop shaft bearing carriers: Mercury, w/seals. $275 ea.
2 sets XR lower gears: 15/19, both sets are pitted on one side and good on opposite side(5 hrs). $100 ea.

The IMCO drives are painted with black imron. I put my Max machine and Latham caps on my new drives. I have painted the caps that come with the drives and they look alot better now.
