Some would say it's definitely worth $100 for the knowledge put into Dennis' books. The right combination of components is key in making a successful engine build. This book lines everything out and includes several specific part numbers from various component manufacturers.

Is it valuable to an experienced high performance engine builder? NO. But for the bulk of us weekend mechanics and tinkerers, it's invaluable.

No where else can you find one single source on block preparation, fuel systems, valve train, igntion, electrical systems, exhaust, etc....
