I have a 496 HO for sale. It is a 2003 with 172 hours. I have factory aluminum manifolds and risers or a stainless marine header system. It is still in the boat. Going with more power. 8000 with factory exhaust. 9500 with stainless marine exhaust. Stainless marine exhaust has aprox. 50 hours. It was installed at beginning of this season. Was good for a 3 mph increase in speed. Engine has been seviced every 25 to 30 hours. I use mobil 1 synthetic. I can email pics if interested.

I also have a complete silent choice system including y pipe. It is a corsa system. Less than 1 year old.

You can buy a NEW 496 MAG HO from IMCO for $5000

Maybe a long block. If they were selling complete engines ready to drop in and go they could not keep them in stock.

Looks used to me. Missing lots of parts. You'll have 10K into it before you're done dressing it.
