Cowl: Is in pretty good shape for its age (1991) except the front left buggy mount pulled from the body (see pic). I would guess you could attach a backer plate and make it work pretty easy.

Pan: Is Ok.. nothing great. I has some cracks in the front and base. I have taken detailed pictures, more than your allowed to post..
