I believe I have a set of 825 cfm Demons purchased, but the seller hasn't verified... In case it falls through, what exactly are hp 500 carbs? I am rebuilding a set of 454's with air gap intake. Would these work for me? Are the square or spread bore? Vacuum or mechanical secondaries? Got any pics? What is the CFM (guessing 500 but that would be too easy) and can't see any 454 having a 500 cfm carb... wait, peanut heads like I took off mine.. hmmm... that could be... Let me know anyways.

Thanks!

I had a set of 454 mags built to HP420 specs, (with air gap dual plane Edelbrocks) I used a set of HP500 carbs, refreshed them for around $25.00 a peice.

I think I paid right around $600 for them last year from that boat recycler that posts here sometimes. They seem to be working just fine for me.
