"COMPLETE", 950 Nickerson,flame arrestor, nuts, bolts, belt, idler,pulleys,mounts,intake, blowoff valve, springs, very shiney,fumes and possible fingerprints. As stated and in the picture complete! Oh yeah, engine and boat not included.

Tough question, whats in your engine now? Heads, CR, cam, all play a big role. I have seen as low as 115hp gain and as high as 250 hp gain.
