Gil water outlet

I got this with a bunch of parts and have no use for it. I will even throw in the cool fitting with purchase. 30.00 shipped Gil part number is 117044

is that thing stainless or alum.. I cant tell. can you show a picture of the bottom? does it facilitate a thermostat? Is it for BBC?

I beleive it is alum. Kind of hard to tell. It came with a blower intake for a BBC that I never used.
