J-tubes are the only thing. I have taken several apart and could never find anything any different. J-tubes can be purchased inexpensively and pressed on.

Those look nice... I noticed the same thing with Holley HP series. They don't have J-tubes unless you have some custom built. There are a lot of HP 950's running out there on the water.
