It could be either or, however there are no bolts currently glassed on the under side. I am just going to use small stainless carriage bolts on mine and my new hatch cushions will cover.
Just a matter of preference.

I was looking at your HP 500 intake and carb but it's not idealy what I'm looking for so how about we just trade and call it good.
