I've got a great condition XR but it's the whole drive. New upper case, new gears, new bearings, and seals (cracked the original case at the input shaft by over-trimming). The lower was stripped, sanded, painted, clear-coated and re-assembled after everything checked out.....prop shaft measures .002 (which is way below Merc "spec's"). $5,200 delivered
