I have two pair of CMI sound eliminator mufflers. Used one year in fresh water, like new. Transom mount for 4" pipes. These will pass CA and WI noise laws because they are passive silencing. They have a center core that opens up under power and closes at low speed to quiet the exhaust. CMI says they are good for 600hp and above.
