Merc TRS Labbed Props and HD Alpha w Hydro Nosecones
1. Quicksilver 23p 3 blade TRS Cleaver. Rubber hub 15 spline prop. Prop was lab finished by Soderblooms in MI in 06. They also checked for pitch accuracy and machined off hub diffuser ring and mirror polished. Blades and leading edges as well as trailing edges are in excellent condition. I am asking $100

This labbed prop is a cut above and very very well done. I am asking $175 for it.
3. Mercruiser Alpha 1 Gen 1 I bought this drive NEW to replace my original MR drive I broke in 92. It has a Hydromotive nosecone installed and the upper drive and driven gears were replaced in 06 with MERC 1.50HD gears. Gears were replaced not due to breakage but I got sweet deal on an $800 gear set and installed them. Everything else in drive, gears, bearings are original and were in excellent condition when it was apart in 06. 17-28 teeth lower gears. Vertical driveshaft is a late model non O-ring type below the spline shaft. They are stronger than previous models with the o-ring cutout. Paint is in excellent shape. When drive was regeared in 06, I also installed ALL new Merc seals and o-rings.
Drive will be checked over and pressure tested before leaving me .
I am asking $900 for this drive.
4. Mercruiser Alpha 1 Gen 1 It has a Hydromotive nosecone installed as well as a set of MERC 1.50R HD upper gears. This drive also has the late model 13-21 lower gears which I believe are stronger than the earlier 17-28 setup.
Vertical driveshaft is also a late model non O-ring type below the spline shaft. They are stronger than previous models with the o-ring cutout. Paint is in excellent shape. also installed ALL new Merc seals and o-rings.
Drive will be checked over and pressure tested before leaving me .
I am asking $1000 for this drive.
Both drives have had nothing but Mobil 1 75W-90 Synthetic and Merc HP green gear oil changed at 25-30hr intervals.
I know someone is going to say, "man I can get an SEI for that!" My response would be, yes that is true but these drives have no longer made Hydromotive nosecones installed CORRECTLY and MERC HD gears which retail for over $700 last time I checked and are hard to find anymore. They make the SEI gears look like Chinese tinker toys.
