Labbed 30P prop

Looking to sell my Mercury Racing Labbed 30P RH prop. Thought that it was going to be the size that I needed and it is to big. Looking to go to a 28P

Is a 4 blade or 3 blade , I have a 28 that was labbed in good shape ( edges need sharping ) I run a 30 , a spare would be great
