I do not know. It came of a 525, serpentine belt, mounted rigt on the block. No brackets or fluid res. I will check part number.

Looks like two different part numbers, but it seems only the hose connection may not be the same spot. They both bolt on the block so it might work. You need to double check with Merc. or ? yourself.
