Default MSD Boost Timing Master

I have a pair of MSD boost timing master controls #8762 They are working fine, low hours and include all the wiring, plugs and dials. $225. shipped to lower 48.

Can these be hooked to a Merc thunderbolt ignition module, instead of switching to a v6 module, when adding blowers?


I found my answer on MSD's website. This one is for the MSD system.

I'm not sure of that application. I ran them with the MSD dist and Msd marine ign boxes. You could try asking in the Do It Yourself questions, I'm sure someone there would know. Or contact MSD themselves, sorry I couldn't answer your question.

Yes, I still have both and I found the papers/instructions to go with them.

Not wanting to split them up right now and I think the price is fair. Their in great shape with little use. If someone else wants one I will split them. Things in pairs are hard to find.
