no mufflers on the tips, but they do have internal flappers.

haha damn right, im selling the tips cause im going to dry w/no mufflers. would you want both sets??? i had to cut off about 3/8 of an inch on two of them because the wouldnt sit flush on my transom where the rubrail started to roll out. so two are missing a little piece off the top, and two are perfect.
