Its actually a johnson and the part number is 10242281 it has 1 1/4" inlets. I had it on my 540 but it wasnt an exact match to my other motor so I pulled it off. worked perfect and still feels good when spun.

Are those rings for four inch exhaust and how much for the stuff?

yeah four inch......$100 for all four and $20 for the fuel fill.
