I have 2 Brand new HP transom assemblies

I have standard B1 now and want to upgrade to the HP, what is the difference and will these bolt on? What all do they include, I am new to all of this? Do you have pics of them out of the box?

So this will upgrade my standard b1 gimbal to a HP gimbal?
1k cheaper!! How much labor is involved to replace the parts? I am assuming no more than changing the whole gimbal assy.

It's a simple enough job, assuming your old one comes apart ok. Either way needs the engine out, but upgrading with the kit gives you the same.

Remember though, that a new one has the benefit of new rams etc, and I'd imagine a warranty!
