Sorry, Just the hub. I believe you can get the washers themselves from merc.

BTW, you wouldnt happen to have any of the throttle cable clips that hold the cable to the carb bracket would you? How about some of those quick disconnect spring loaded adapter that one end goes on the cable, the other gets clipped to the ball stud on the carb linkage? Need two of each...
