Default 38 Foot Scarab

I have a 38 foot Scarab that I would like to sell. The boat is available in multiple configurations, but I would prefer to sell just the hull and trailer. I would like to keep the motors/drives because the whole package has less than 10 hours on complete rebuilds. I am open to offers, but would like to be around 15K with no motors/transmissions/drives. Everything else will be included. Drop in Power and drives and go to the lake. The boat is a 1982 and sits on a 2003 Prestige trailer. There is absolutely no issues with the Transom or Stringers. The Hull is Solid and ready for Big Water. The trailer is ready to pull across country. Feel free to ask any questions.

That thing is pretty cool. What kind of speeds did it see with that setup? Those 38's are among some of the best rough water boats ever.

Thanks for the compliment. The boat ran mid 90’s the first time out. Later we did a prop change and hooked the motors up to a laptop for the final tune and the Bam 1350 decided to let go and end our day. It looked very promising to break into the 100’s, but the boat has been sitting ever since.

Nice! what fuel injection is that and what computer does it use. I love the look of those stacks.

I am not sure about the computer, so I will post a picture. The Fuel Injection is a Kinsler / Keith Eickert combination.

Wow, what an awesome boat. Can you post more details? What kind of money are you looking to get for it?

Something else i just noticed is the lack of deck hatches, hardware and windows on the sides. Its a great look for that boat, nice older rig there. I would imagine that thing is a sleeper to, probably raise some eyebrows at the poker runs as ya blow by boats twenty some years newer .

Accepting Offers. I will split up the package. Motors, drives, transmissions, hull and trailer can be bought separately. Call or email any questions.
