I have a set of exhaust tips. Just put a quick polish on them, look, good. They are 4 inch diameter. 15 inch total lenght. 8 inch to the bottom angle cut. 10 1/2 inch outside top angle, 3 1/2 inch total to the bottom outside angle.. I can send pics. No flappers.
