Mine are acting up but not sure if it is the ram or the cables.

Most likely the rams just have some dirt or sand inside them and need to be taken apart and cleaned.

Its very good price on the ones listed though.

Ijust took them apart the one is now ok after cleaning the tube the other still will not return out it sticks so im thinking the cable on that one. or it could be the spring but it looks ok.

I have a stainless marine in dash mechanical indicator. With the right cable, will this work with it?

You need one ram for each drive (like what is posted for sale here), a cable to run to your dash, a transom cable feedthru, and your choice of dash mounted mechanical indicator.
