If your willing to spend the $$$, the dana unit is awesom! I put one on this past winter to replace my commander 3000 "pos". I got it through monster marine for $750 + shipping. I had to buy shift and throddle cables because mine where the old style cables. This is the side mount twin lever (1 for throddel and 1 for shift) Well worth the money! It also has trim and trailer control. VERY, VERY NICE PIECE! The install is also quite easy! took me about 3 hrs.

Thanks, this is actually for a good friend of mine. He really likes the Dana unit, and actually has delt with Dana on a personal level. He can get the "good guy" deal, but we just wanted to see what was out there. Thanks for your help.
