-2 IMCO lowers and XR upper
 

Found a deal on a stock set of XR's for my boat. I don;t need the shorties for what I am doing these days.

Both lowers have less than 40 reported hours on them, but they are approx 4 years old. Came with the boat. I have put 25 hours on them with 525 HP engines.

There are 2" spacers in the set up right now.

One of the XR uppers is fine. The other upper is broken, but not sure now bad yet. Assume the worst. Drive is picled with diesel fuel right now as the cause of the damage was due to bolts backing out of top cap and allowing gears to slip.

Looking for offers so I can decide if I can go back with the stock drives I found or not. I knwo these shorties are worth a little more than a regular lower. They are polishable, but they are pretty rough as they have not been polished in years.

Just testing the waters.

Come with the showers as well.

I am wanting to replace everything on the back to go with all the new stuff under the hood if I can get some money out of these.

The marina up here in NY is tearing down the broken drive today to see what is broken in there. It didn't grenade, But I want pople to know what is going on in there.

I need to keep the spacers though. Forgot to mention this earlier. I had them committed all ready and forgot about this.
