guesimated hp vs 454hp?

So what are the internals of this motor? Heads aren't fresh they have carbon in the exhaust. It's got peanut port heads so why did they spend a bunch of money on balancing etc for a 330???? Or did someone magically make 425hp as was claimed with the 1014156 heads???

So zero hours On what part of this engine? Need to sell it for what it actually is now not what Kyle was told it was.
