I believe they will , but I would call eddie marine to be sure. tell them they were off kodiak center rise manifolds .. Tom

the bolt hole centers measure 2 7/8 x 4 7/8 .. I called imco and they said they fit kodiak and maybe eddie marine. check your bolt hole centers to see if they will fit.

What is the rise? From flange to bottom of the pipe outlet. And what is the outlet dia.? Trying to match a pair I have with the flange pattern of 2 7/8" X 4" with a 4" outlet pipe and a aprox. a 2" rise. On Kodiak manifolds.
