Pretty much what it says. It looks used, might have been in salt water at one time, but seals up and has all the parts. Shift cable is in good condition, and also comes with the extended trim rams. Trim ram caps are corroded a bit so I just pulled the trim rod out and used it in my originals (does not include my original trim bodies). I'll also include the u-joint needed to add in the power line.
