Mercruiser/Gil Manifolds Cheap, need some work

I have a set of Mercruiser/Gil Manifolds, they were pressure tested ok and then sent out to be sand blasted.
After all the powder coat was off there is alot of pitting showing on them. 1 cylinder on 1 manifold will need epoxy in my mind but did seal fine as is.
One riser stud hole needs tap.....
Like I said, these need some work but pressure tested ok so are still useable for a budget or spares???
And again, cheap cheap cheap!!!!
