Hell, with more info and the right price I may be interested in 2 motors and drives or even a pair of motors if anyone needs a single. Be nice to know hours etc or have someone look at them first tho.

the guy is selling all the stuff for a friend of his. 1 motor is "fresh" others are 40 hours.he has no clue on the hours or rebuilds on the xr's and it was a florida salt water boat... bid with confidence!!!!!

Hmmm. Completly different answer than what I got. This is what I was told . . .

These are 2002 series motors. One of the motors has a total rebuild including valves, pistons, super charger, and drive "Invested 34k", and has "ZERO" hours. Work done by Canale Marine. The other two motors has 30 hours on a fresh top end rebuild. The CMI headers, exhaust pipes, and tips, are polished stainless steel. Center exhaust has extensions. These motor have never seen salt water since the rebuilds. Similar set ups with drives are running 20-25k per motor. Divorce is the reason for the sale.

did you copy and paste that from the ebay auction or did you call "chris" and talk to him. im still waiting for an update on the condition of the drives when he gets more info from his buddy

Mr. 28 Baja when you spoke to the seller did you ask when did Cigarette make a 47 footer, new to me but perhaps i'm not as up on the ovals than i thought.
