i bet you there was a lein on it... I was thinking about it, if it were stolen, then they wouldnt sell it on eBay, so maybe a lein...

i spoke with the owner he still owes the bank $85.000 on it and they are holding the title for boat and trailer .he told me if i bought it his plan is to use the auction money to pay it down and later this year he was going to try and pay it off . my thought was after you pick it up he would report it stolen .his own words were the trailer is junk 1 motor dropped a valve in a cyl and both intakes were new because they rotted out and filled the motors w water .good luck to the new owner
